The Conditions for Use are governed by and interpreted according to Dutch law and you agree that that any disputes connected with the Privacy policy and/or the Conditions for Use or the implementation thereof shall be settled by the competent court in ´s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. If the competent court considers a provision in the Conditions for Use to be legally invalid or not enforceable, the invalid provisions will be considered to have been removed from the Conditions for Use and the remaining provisions of the Conditions for Use will remain fully applicable.

Should different interpretations arise, the Dutch language version prevails.
