The Sligro Food Group Works Council has 25 members who were elected in February 2011 for a term of three ending in 2014. Both the company and the Works Council specifically wish to work with a single works council to ensure as far as possible that potential differences between business units can be resolved and that we are optimally placed to operate standardised policies throughout our activities. Our objective in discussions is to focus on what we have in common rather than what divides us. We believe that a works council must properly reflect the employees and activities within the group. This is achieved by a constituency system.
