In connection with the strong growth in the number of EM-TÉ supermarkets, the Sligro Food Group Executive Board announces that Johan van Heerebeek is to be appointed Marketing & Sales Manager of EM-TÉ Supermarkten B.V. with effect from 26 March 2007.

Johan van Heerebeek (40) currently works for Laurus B.V. as Format and Marketing Manager for Super de Boer. Previously he had held a number of managerial positions in sales and marketing with various companies including Groenwoudt – Nieuwe Weme and Jumbo Supermarkten.

Johan van Heerebeek lives in Best, is married and has two children.

Wim van Gennip, the present Marketing & Sales Manager of EM-TÉ Supermarkten B.V., is to leave the organisation at the end of April to take up a post outside the Group.
