Decision in Sligro/Schrasser case
Sligro Food Group N.V. has taken cognisance of the decision of the court in ’s‑Hertogenbosch in the case against Schrasser.
In its 12-page judgment, having carefully analysed all the claims, the court ‘dismisses the claims and awards the costs of the proceedings against Mr. Schrasser.’
