Shareholders declare dividend for 2003
The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17 March 2004 declared a dividend for the 2003 financial year of € 0.90 per share. Shares will be traded ex divided from 19 March 2004.
The dividend may be taken in cash or in new shares at the shareholder's option. The dividend in shares will be worth approximately the same as the cash dividend, based on the quoted price from 29 March to 31 March 2004.
The exchange ratio will be announced on 31 March 2004. The dividend will be payable on 14 April 2004.
