Extraordinary General Meeting approves acquisition of Edah
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today in Veghel approved the participation by Sligro Food Group N.V. in the acquisition of the Edah operations by S&S Winkels B.V.
Shareholdings amounting to 65,6% of the capital were represented at the meeting. Approval of the motion was virtually unanimous.
The Executive Board of Sligro Food Group is encouraged by the breadth of support for this proposal.
